The Approach
A naive approach to taking shorter showers is to set a one time alarm for, say, 10 minutes. The problem is that once you start to daydream in the shower, the alarm will ring and you haven't even started.
What Bathtimer does differently is that it sets alarms for each of the steps of your shower. So when it's time to shampoo or rinse or wash your face, the alarm rings. The goal is to pace your shower and to help you stick to your routine.
Another thing that Bathtimer does: it helps you gradually bring down the total shower time. When you start using Bathtimer, your shower time may be 10, 20, or 30 minutes. The goal is to, over time, bring that down to your goal time of, say, 5, 10, or 15 minutes. We'll be there to help you for your entire journey!
